Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
We carefully prepare each order within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Custom items take 3 to 7 business days to prepare.
How soon will my order arrive?
Your total delivery time is the processing time above plus the shipping time for the method you choose at checkout. For example, a standard order can arrive within roughly 4 to 10 business days from the day you order.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two domestic shipping options:
- Standard (USPS First Class or Priority, or UPS Ground): 3 to 7 business days
- Expedited (USPS Priority Express or UPS 2nd Day): 1 to 2 business days, additional fee applies
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges only, with no refunds. Please request your exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
How do I start an exchange?
Email us at april@elizabethroseboutique.com to request your exchange before sending anything back. Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
Which items cannot be exchanged?
Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
Please reach out right away at april@elizabethroseboutique.com and we will make it right.
Sizing & Fit
Do you have a size guide?
Yes. Visit our size guide to find the best fit for your little one. Because sizing can vary by style, we suggest choosing the larger size when your child is between two. If you are still unsure, reach out anytime and we are happy to help.
How should I measure my child?
Our size guide walks you through measuring height, chest, and waist, and lists the height and weight ranges for every size from newborn to 16.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Discover, and Diners Club.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the discount box at checkout and your savings will apply before you complete your order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed, so please double check your details at checkout. If your order has not shipped yet, email us quickly and we will do our best to update it.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Please report lost or stolen packages within 7 days of the expected delivery date, or within 14 days for packages marked as undelivered. Contact us at april@elizabethroseboutique.com and we will help.
Gift Cards
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available both in-store and online. Please note that gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
