Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process my order? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Custom items may take 3–7 business days to process.

What shipping options are available? We offer two domestic shipping options:

  • Standard (USPS First Class/Priority or UPS Ground): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited (USPS Priority Express or UPS 2nd Day): 1–2 business days (additional fee applies)

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Will I receive tracking information? Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We offer exchanges only — no refunds. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I start an exchange? Email us at april@elizabethroseboutique.com to request an exchange before sending any items back. Items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

What items are not eligible for exchange? The following items cannot be exchanged: sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective? Please contact us immediately at april@elizabethroseboutique.com so we can make it right.


Sizing & Fit

Do you have a size guide? Yes! Please refer to our size guide to find the best fit for your little one. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to help.


Orders & Payment

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Unfortunately, address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped. Please double-check your address at checkout.

What if my package is lost or stolen? Lost or stolen packages must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date (14 days for packages marked undelivered). Contact us at april@elizabethroseboutique.com.


Gift Cards

Do you offer gift cards? Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in-store and online. Note that gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
